Over the past few weeks, Preston North End have been counting down to the most viewed videos on PNE’s YouTube channel for this season, and it’s time we announced the winner.
In first place by some distance, Joe Garner’s spectacular volley from six different angles tops North End's YouTube top ten countdown with just under 150,000 views.
At the time, North End where a goal behind in their Play-Off semi-final at home to Rotherham until a long ball from Tom Clarke reached the PNE attacker who chest, flicked and volleyed into the top corner to equalise for the Lilywhites.
Garner’s effort tops North End’s most watched videos on the official YouTube channel for the 2013/14 campaign with the goal trending on Twitter, and many considering it the best goal ever scored in the Play-Offs.
