If you suffer from Cerebral Palsy, or have suffered a traumatic brain injury or stroke then here’s your chance to wear the Three Lions' shirt with pride next year.
The FA are encouraging those who think they've got what it takes to represent England on the international stage at the 2015 Cerebral Palsy World Cup hosted in England at St George’s Park, Burton.
