Play For England At The 2015 Cerebral Palsy World Cup

The England Cerebral Palsy team are giving elite footballers a chance to try out for their 2015 World Cup squad.

If you suffer from Cerebral Palsy, or have suffered a traumatic brain injury or stroke then here’s your chance to wear the Three Lions' shirt with pride next year.

The FA are encouraging those who think they've got what it takes to represent England on the international stage at the 2015 Cerebral Palsy World Cup hosted in England at St George’s Park, Burton.
