Preston North End have informed Hume and Cansdell-Sherriff that new contracts will not be offered to the pair at Deepdale.
The Canadian and Australian faced off against each other in Monday’s League Two Play-Off Final for Fleetwood Town and Burton Albion respectively who they have been on loan at from the Lilywhites
Hume spent four years at Deepdale, playing for Preston 80 times and scoring 24 goals.
Defender Cansdell-Sherriff featured 22 times for PNE, scoring once during that time. He arrived from Shrewsbury Town during the summer of 2012.
