Preston North End Match Worn Shirts Available On eBay

28 May 2014

Don't forget, you now have the chance to get one of your PNE hero’s match worn shirts from the 2013/14 season.

The shirts available were worn in North End's 0-0 draw against Sheffield United on 17th March, live on Sky. Some may remember this was the game selected to promote the Men United v Prostate Cancer campaign, run by Prostate Cancer UK in partnership with the Football League.

The charity linked up with the Football League to bring men together to raise awareness of the disease which affects tens of thousands of men every year and what better way to do this than through football.

These shirts display the Prostate Cancer UK official logo on the front, making these shirts an exclusive purchase, with bidding starting at £60 and all of the money raised goes to the charity.

So make the donation and get yourself one of these unique shirts, including those of Declan Rudd, Joe Garner, Paul Gallagher and a further ten players who featured in that game under the lights at Deepdale.

You can find the shirts on eBay by searching for “Preston North End Prostate Cancer Match-worn Shirts” or visit our official eBay page by clicking here.

The charity is also significant for Preston North End, with head groundsman and winner of League One Groundsman of the Year Pete Ashworth taking part in a bike ride to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK.

Pete starts his trip on the sixth of June as part of the London to Amsterdam Football League Challenge, representing Preston North End to raise money for the charity and has raised over £1,000 already. If you want to find out more or make a donation, visit his Just Giving page here, www.justgiving.com/Peteash
