After a long period of games on the road, manager Simon Grayson is looking forward to returning to Deepdale on Saturday to face Bradford City.
This same Lancashire-Yorkshire clash last season produced an exciting 2-2 encounter and Grayson expects a similar atmosphere this time around.
"There's obviously the rivalry in any sporting contest that you have between Yorkshire and Lancashire, obviously we know what Bradford are all about, gave us two good games last year and we know what to expect.
"We know what they're like, we know how they are going to play and they will come and try and make it difficult for us but once you can get back to winning ways like they did and we did on Monday night then obviously the confidence can be a little bit higher.
"It's good that we are going to be at home for the first time in a long time and we won't be at home for another few weeks again because obviously the travelling is something everyone knows about but it's good to get back to Deepdale and hopefully keep on winning ways."
