Patience Has Been Key For Paul Huntington

3 November 2014

Paul Huntington admits patience has played a key role in his season so far, but it has paid off with the defender starting North End's last four league games.

The 27-year-old has had to fight for his place this season but he is relishing being a part of the team and is looking to put right Saturday's defeat tomorrow night at the County Ground.

T"he team's been doing well, and I've just been working hard, both at the training ground and with the staff and the fitness coaches and keeping myself right.

"Obviously we've had a lot of games, so it's been a big change in terms of recovery and things like that for myself the last couple of weeks but I've enjoyed it and looking to work hard and put right Saturday.

"I think we've just got to get back to basics of working hard for each other and going again for Tuesday which sets us up with a bit of a break, but in a good position hopefully.
