Preston North End have completed the loan deal of highly-rated England U19 international striker Bradley Fewster from Middlesbrough.
Fewster, who takes the No.29 shirt, featured heavily against the Lilywhites in the Capital One Cup clash at the Riverside in August and has since impressed at international level.
In February 2014 the Teeside-born man scored a hat trick for England U18 against Belgium U18 and he then scored on his U19 debut against Germany in a 1-1 draw, before scoring four goals in three games in the first round of 2015 U19 European Championship qualifying for the young Three Lions earlier this month.
Speaking about his latest recruit manager Simon Grayson said: “Bradley has a fantastic pedigree. He is still a young lad learning his trade, but he has scored lots of goals for Middlesbrough’s U21s and for England.
“We feel we have got a player who can play anywhere across the front line. He is a different type of player to Callum Robinson, but he is a player looking to continue to learn his trade and if he has anywhere near the impact that Callum did, we will be delighted.”
