Snodin Well Aware Of Oldham Athletic Threat

24 November 2014

Assistant manager Glynn Snodin tells PNE Player he is well aware of the threats posed by Lee Johnson's Oldham Athletic side.

North End face the Latics in the area quarter final of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy tomorrow night and PNE assistant manager was full of praise for the opposition but knows the Lilywhites are more than capable of progressing.

"They're on a great run, same as us, I think it was 12 or 13 games they went unbeaten so yes they've had a great run of success and it will be a tough place to go as we know, they're always good games, difficult games, both teams will want to go out and win that game to get to the semi finals.

"They've got some good footballers, that's how Lee wants to play, that's how he played and they've got some good players in there.

"They've got some strength up front as well so we know it's going to be difficult game and we know every week, when teams play Preston North End it's a difficult game anyway."
