Calum Woods Wants Easter Double

4 April 2015

Full back Calum Woods came into the side for the Good Friday win over Rochdale and he is looking for an Easter double at Bradford City on Monday.

The North End No.15 played his part in the side’s 19th league clean sheet of the season against Play-Off chasing Dale and was delighted with the result and is now looking for more of the same at the Coral Windows Stadium.

“It was a good start to the Easter weekend with the three points against Rochdale and we will be going to Bradford looking for the same,” he told PNE Player as he looked forward to the trip across the Pennines. “At this stage of the season we want as many wins as possible.

“We want to go to their place and get the win. We have to adapt our game, play whatever way we need to do to get the result.

“We’ve got different types of options all over the pitch, on the bench and in the stand who are all capable of coming into the side and doing a job if needed.

“Easter is always an important weekend; if you can come away with the six points it can be a real confidence boost going into the last six games of the season. We are in form at the right time of the season and now we are aiming to complete our aims.”
