Preston North End central midfielder Daniel Johnson has been nominated for Sky Bet’s Player of the Month award for March.
The former Aston Villa youngster scored three times in six appearances in the calendar month to add to his three goals in February, in a victory over Peterborough United and in draws with Doncaster Rovers and Fleetwood Town, the latter being live on Sky Sports.
