Preston North End – The Rise Of The Invincibles, is the evocative story about the birth and early success of one of the Lilywhites.
Penned by local writer, Michael Barrett, and illustrated by Roy of the Rovers artist, David Sque, this full colour, graphic novel set in the time of Victorian England, presents the days of the Invincibles as you have never seen them before.
And now you can be in it!
From a special raffle, in aid of The Baby Beat Appeal, five female and five male winners will be illustrated into a Deepdale crowd scene at the beginning of the book by Roy of the Rovers artist, David Sque - and that’s not all!
The ten winners will also receive a free copy of the book and two tickets to the official book launch and Baby Beat fundraiser night, to be held in The Great Room at Deepdale – courtesy of The Villa at North End!
Raffle tickets are £1 each and may be purchased at the following venues from tomorrow [Friday 3rd April]:
