Paul Gallagher Calls For Togetherness

22 January 2015

Paul Gallagher feels that this Preston North End team are not miles away from where they want to be and everyone at the Club needs to stick together to achieve their goals.

Speaking to PNE Player ahead of the FA Cup tie with Sheffield United, Gallagher feels that despite some disappointing results in recent weeks, the team are more than capable of bouncing back as they have done already this season and hope that comes on Saturday at Deepdale.

"The confidence took a bit of a hit but it's about bouncing back, the best teams bounce back, we've done it before where we went on an eight game winning run, lost three and then went another eight or ten games unbeaten so we know we are capable of doing that.

"It's all about sticking together, fans, staff, players and we will all push in one direction, it's not a million miles away there's just little bits here and there that have to be improved. We are trying to do our best to stay around that top two but it's going to take a whole team effort from everyone from the supporters to the players and the staff. If we all stick together I'm sure we will be there or there about.

"We need to get back to winning ways and Saturday's the next game and hopefully we can get a win under our belts."
