The winners of the FA Cup replay between North End and Sheffield United will face a home game against Cambridge United or Manchester United in the fifth round.
The draw was made on BBC One's The One Show on Monday evening with Gary Lineker and Mark Chapman conducting selection of the last 16 ties.
In the event North End beat the Blades at Bramall Lane on 3rd February, they would face the winners of the Old Trafford tie on the weekend of Saturday 14th February/Sunday 15th February.
