'We Need To Dust Ourselves Down' Says DJ

31 January 2015

Preston North End midfielder Daniel Johnson says that he and his teammates need to pick themselves up from the canvas after a killer knockout blow against Crawley Town.

The all yellow Lilywhites came from behind once thanks to a Paul Huntington near post header from a Paul Gallagher corner.

But Lee Fowler stole all three points on his Crawley Town debut with a sweet volley from distance late in the day.

Speaking following the full-time whistle, Johnson said: “It was a tough game today with the conditions and everything.

“We will just go again, pick ourselves up, dust ourselves down.

“We thought we were on top until they scored the goal and we still pinned them in their half a lot, we just couldn’t get that goal in the first half.”
