Neil Kilkenny is next up as we continue to review the best bits from last season’s award winning ‘The One And Only’.

Hands down, Neil Kilkenny came up with the best autobiography title in the ’21 Questions’ series, and probably the best fancy dress outfit too. So keep reading to delve further into the world of PNE’s central midfield maestro.

1 Describe yourself in one word?
Demanding.

2 What words or phrases do you overuse?
In interviews – obviously.

3 Which living person do you most admire and why?
My mum and dad for everything they have given me.

4 Who did you play in your first school play?
I have no idea!

5 What would be your fancy dress costume of choice?
I’d go as A P McCoy the jockey!

6 What was your first position in your junior football team?
Midfielder.

7 When were you most star struck?
Probably when I saw David Beckham when he was with England and I was at Arsenal and they were using our training ground.

8 Pet hate?
I’ve got a lot!

9 In which era would you most like to have lived?
Probably the 2000s; playing football in them anyway.

10 If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
A dog because they are really loveable.

11 What’s been your biggest high?
My Premier League debut.

12 What’s been your biggest disappointment?
I have two, losing in the Asia Cup Final against Japan four years ago and when I lost with Leeds United in the Play-Off Final.

13 Do you tip, and if so how much?
I only tip if the service is very good.

14 What’s your nickname?
Killa.

15 What song is the theme tune to your life?
That’s far too hard a question to ask someone first thing in the morning!

16 What’s the most important lesson life has taught you?
Be happy.

17 What would be the title of your autobiography?
Killa Instinct.

18 What movie have you seen more than any other?
Shooter.

19 Favourite joke?
I don’t have any jokes!

20 Who is your favourite fictional hero?
Superman.

21 What came first, the chicken or the egg?
The egg.
