Match Preview: Preston North End v Heart Of Midlothian

16 July 2015

Preston North End step up their pre-season workout by welcoming Robbie Neilson’s Hearts to Deepdale on Saturday.

After successive matches against local sides Chorley and Bamber Bridge, the Lilywhites will need to go through the gears against the newly promoted Scottish Premiership side in what is sure to be a competitive encounter in front of a decent crowd.

Simon Grayson is likely to have both Neil Kilkenny and Manchester United loanee Will Keane available after the pair missed out on Preston’s 4-0 success over Brig at the Sir Tom Finney Stadium on Tuesday.

PNE are likely to have a full squad available for the friendly clashed with no notes of concern reported from the manager’s pre-match press conference.

As for the visitors, Saturday marks their last but one pre-season fixture with only Everton left to face ahead of their first competitive fixture of 2015/16 against Arbroath in the League Cup.

You can still get your tickets for PNE’s only home friendly ahead of the big Championship kick-off priced as follows:
Adults- £10
Seniors - £7.50 (over 65s and 60 and over for Ambassadors)
Juniors - £5 (U16s)
