Advice Regarding MyPNE.Com Error

Recently, the Club have had several emails and phone calls regarding supporters facing an error message on MyPNE.Com.

The error message, as shown above in this article’s image, appears when supporters have been trying to choose their seats for their fixture of choice.

We have spoken to our ticketing system provider about this and have liaised with some fans who were initially having this issue.

The error appears to happen when only ‘’ is typed into your devices URL bar.

If you type in the full URL: ‘’, this appears to solve the issue.

We have had feedback from some supporters to confirm this and are hoping the matter is now resolved.
