Preston North End supporters will experience significant delays en route to Fleetwood on Sunday due to on-going roadworks in west Lancashire.
The Highways Agency are delivering junction improvement works on the A585 at the junction of Fleetwood Road, Garstang New Road and Windy Harbour in Singleton.
In order to progress this scheme, they will be carrying out resurfacing of the A585 on the approach from the M55.
The works will result in a temporary four way traffic light system being in operation, these lights will be manually operated between 7am and 7pm.
Motorists attending the match on Sunday are being advised to allow extra time for their journey.
