2016/17 Kit Unveiled

7 July 2016

Preston North End’s 2016/17 first team kit can now be revealed, featuring new sponsor 888sport.

The official main club sponsor will feature on all first team playing kit and adult replica shirts.

And, as part of their agreement, 888sport have also given all non-first team kit sponsorship rights and junior replica kit to the Club’s official charity partner Rainbow House, meaning they will feature on the front of those shirts.

The new kit, made by technical partners Nike, who have themselves agreed an extended three-year partnership with the Lilywhites, has a traditional white home shirt, with a navy trim and a navy away shirt, featuring a white sash.

There will also be a yellow third kit, with the first choice goalkeeping kit all green and the change kit all black.

The new adult kit will go on sale from Thursday 21st July when Nike open a brand new club store at Deepdale, in the Sir Tom Finney Stand, next door to the ticket office; a release date for junior kit, which will also feature Carers Trust on the back of the shirt, will be confirmed shortly.

Speaking about the launch chief executive John Kay said: “We are delighted to launch the new Nike kit which will be available at our brand new club store at Deepdale.

“The Club is also looking forward to working with 888sport, our new Principal Sponsor, whose name will adorn the playing shirts in 2016/17. We'd also like to thank 888sport for agreeing to have Rainbow House on the junior kits.”

The team will wear the new kit for the first time this weekend, with the friendlies on Friday night at Bamber Bridge and Saturday at Chorley. With the first run out at Deepdale on Saturday 23rd July, when Simon Grayson’s men entertain Premier League side Stoke City, with tickets now on general sale.
