PNE Women Juniors have had an exceptional run of late in the cup competitions they are entered into.
The girls, who play in the West Lancs Girls Football League at the different age groups have been walking away with every trophy available!
On 11th March the U11 PNEWJFC beat Wigan Athletic Girls and then a week later the U12s defeated Bolton Wanderers 4-3 on penalties after the game finished 1-1 after extra-time and penalties.
And to make it a trio of successes the U14s also had a shoot out victory, overcoming Blackpool Girls U14s 4-2 from penalty spot, after their final finished 0-0 after extra-time.
And the trophies might not end there as there are still two more competitions to come in the next month. On Friday 15th April it is the U16 final as Burnley Girls take on the PNEWJFC Blues and then on Sunday 24th April it is the Lancashire FA U14s Girls County Cup Final with PNEWJFC taking on their seaside rivals, Blackpool Girls.
