As part of the Code of Practice work we are completing within the Club, we are required to collect and monitor key equality data about our supporters.
This is essential in allowing the Club to understand more about its supporters and ensures that the services provided to them are appropriate and relevant.
We would like to ask all season ticket holders to please complete this short survey to assist us in implementing and monitoring the Club's Equal Opportunities Policy:
Please note the information in this survey will be treated in confidence and is anonymous and supporters must be aged 18 and over to complete the survey. You will not be required to provide your name and completion of this survey is not compulsory. The information will be used for the sole purpose of monitoring the effectiveness of our Equal Opportunities and Equality and Diversity polices.
We ask if all season ticket holders could please complete this survey by 5pm on Friday 25th March. Your support on this would be hugely appreciated as we aim to improve the overall experience for all of our supporters.
