PNE are looking for passionate individuals who are ready for a demanding role as part of an intensive NCS programme.
To cater for ratios, the vacancy is open to just females who will be required to work from the 4th – 7th April on residential, and 8th – 11th April for the next phase of the NCS project based in Preston, which includes social action.
The role is suitable for a dynamic and confident individual with experience in working with groups of young people, who can both motivate and command their respect.
This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in an exciting programme which has tangible results for the young people involved.
The groups are composed of approximately 15 young people, and the leader will be expected to work under the direction of the NCS Project Manager and assist with the pastoral care and support the development of the young people. Previous experience would be welcome but it is not essential.
