Men around Preston are being given the chance to take a potentially life-saving blood test for just £5.
Taking place in the Invincibles Lounge at Deepdale, The Walnut Group will be hosting the event to try to help show Prostate Cancer the red card.
The event will take place on Saturday 12th November between 10am and 1pm, and there is no need to book, just turn up on the day.
Entrance to the lounge is via the South Executive Entrance, and free parking is available on the Invincibles car park on Lowthorpe Road.
This year, nearly 12,000 men will die in the UK from Prostate Cancer. One in eight will be diagnosed at some stage in their lives and early diagnosis is key to survival.
For just £5 you can take the test at Deepdale, not bad for saving a life - especially if it's yours!
What does the test involve?
The PSA test is a blood test. PSA (prostate specific antigen) is a protein made by the prostate gland, which naturally leaks out into your blood. The PSA test measures the level of PSA in your blood and only takes approximately 30 seconds.
Who should take the test?
It is recommended that men over 40 take this test.
Where and when?
You can be tested in the Invincibles Lounge, here at Deepdale, between 10am and 1pm on Saturday 12th November 2016.
How much will it cost?
£5. (PSA tests normally cost £40.)
What happens after the test?
The results of your test will be posted to you within seven to ten days.
This event is promoted by The Walnut Group, Prostate Cancer Support Group in conjunction with Leighton Hospital Prostate Cancer Support Group.
