A vacancy has arisen for a team leader for Preston North End's NCS trip next week
The candidate will be required to work from the 15th - 18th November on residential, and 21st – 24th November for the next phase of the NCS project based in Preston, which includes social action.
The role is suitable for a dynamic and confident individual with experience in working with groups of young people, who can both motivate and command their respect.
This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in an exciting programme which has tangible results for the young people involved.
The groups are composed of approximately 15 young people, and the leader will be expected to work under the direction of the NCS Project Manager and assist with the pastoral care and support the development of the young people. Previous experience would be welcome but it is not essential.
