After three consecutive wins with three cleansheets at Deepdale, manager Simon Grayson is hoping PNE can continue to build on their recent home form.
It's back to Deepdale on Wednesday night with Huddersfield Town the visitors, and the gaffer is looking to maintain the recent run of results at home.
"I don't want to put a jinx on it! We have always said that we wanted to turn around the home form because up until the Cardiff game we hadn't won at home since February then suddenly it has turned around quickly.
"The players are a little bit more confident, the supporters are a little bit more confident in the players and there's a feel good atmosphere around the place.
"That will be the case against Huddersfield, they will have a good following, it's a game under the lights, probably a bit wet and windy as well and it makes everything even more interesting.
"We are looking forward to it and hopefully we can keep this run going."
The manager is expecting a tough test against David Wagner's side after challenging games against the Terriers last season.
Speaking of the visitors' recent form, the gaffer continued: "Huddersfield gave us the two hardest games I felt last year, they are quick in how they play forward, they've got the pace, energy and the only difference really between this year and last year is they are not conceding as many goals.
"I think they were a little bit vulnerable last year but they have tightened that up and I think that's the difference between them winning games this year and losing them last year.
"Everybody knows what they are capable of doing, and they have shown that so far. They will possession for large parts of the game so we will have to be patient and disciplined but have got players who can hurt the opposition.
"If we show the capabilities that we've got then we've got a good chance of winning the game again."
