Preston North End have added to Alex Neil’s backroom team by appointing Joe Savage into the role of head of recruitment.
Joe, who begins work immediately, will head up the club’s scouting structure, helping with player identification.
Speaking about his new role, Joe said: “I am very excited to join Preston North End. The club has a proven track record of signing young, hungry players and improving them and I look forward to playing my part in the continuation of that.
Joe, who worked alongside Alex Neil at Norwich City and Hamilton Academical, played in the Scottish leagues before moving into the scouting and recruitment side of the game.
