Our final home game of 2017 sees Mark Warburton bring his Nottingham Forest side to Deepdale for another big EFL Championship fixture.
The Reds have the record of not having drawn a single one of their 22 league games so far – ahead of a game after which both sides will have faced every team in the Championship once so far this season.
Warburton has brought with him the same style of football used in his management spells at Brentford and at Rangers, with a possession-based style that has picked up some excellent results already this season, with the team lying just two places below the Lilywhites in the table.
For North End, they will be looking to continue their excellent recent form, that has seen them go six games unbeaten, winning four of their last five fixtures, but they will know that they face another tough opponent in their efforts to start Christmas with the present of three more points.
