Preston North End are looking into running a shuttle bus service in partnership with Tyrers Coaches for supporters on a matchday.
North End are continuously looking for ways to enhance the matchday experience at Deepdale and feel it would be a huge benefit to supporters around Preston to be able to take advantage of the shuttle bus service, making it easier to attend matches at Deepdale.
The club are running a poll to find out which routes would be the most popular, and a decision will be made after getting the opinion of the fans.
The routes being considered are as follows:
Route One - Preston Train Station
Starting PENWORTHAM Liverpool Rd, Fishergate Hill, Preston Train Station (Railway Bridge), Corporation St, Ringway, Corporation St, Moor Lane, Garstang Rd, Blackpool Rd, Deepdale Rd.
Route Two: Railway Pub, Leyland
Starting Tesco LEYLAND, Church Rd, St Andrews Way, Towngate, Hough Lane, Churchill Way, Golden Hill Lane, Station Brow (Railway Pub), Stanifield Lane, Watkin Lane, LOSTOCK HALL Brownedge Rd, BAMBER BRIDGE Chorley Lane, HIGHER WALTON Victoria Rd, London Rd, Church St, Deepdale Rd.
Route Three: Black Bull, Fulwood
Starting just off junction 1 M55 on A6, FULWOOD Black Bull pub, Sharoe Green Lane, Sherwood Way, Eastway, ASDA, Watling St Road, Sir Tom Finney Way, Deepdale Rd.
Route Four: Pig And Whistle, Lea
Starting Pig and Whistle Pub LEA, West Park Avenue, Cottam Lane, Peddlers Lane, Riversway, Tom Benson Way, Blackpool Rd, Deepdale Rd.
