Jordan Hugill has been nominated for the goal of the year award at the North West Football Awards 2017.
Hugill, who ended the 2016/17 as North End's top goalscorer, has been shortlisted for his first strike against Aston Villa at Villa Park last season.
The striker scored two in that game as North End came from behind to earn a point on the road.

The winner will be announced on the evening of the awards on Monday 13th November, with the voting closing at 10pm that evening.

Hugill is up for one of a number of awards that the club are nominated for.
Ben Pearson is nominated for the Championship player of the year, Alan Browne is shortlisted for the Rising Star award, while the club as a whole has been listed as a finalist in the Best Club Marketing, Sponsorship and Engagement category for the Generation Deepdale season ticket campaign.
All winners will be announced on the evening of the awards and we will have live updates from the ceremony on the night.
