Latest Information On iFollow

19 October 2017

Ahead of the upcoming fixtures, we would like to provide the following update to fans and subscribers on our iFollow platform.

As stated when iFollow launched, the live video broadcast is only available for fans who watch outside of the UK and Ireland and that continues.

Those who watch the games should note that, again as previously announced, the broadcasts are only available when fixtures are not being shown live by Sky or chosen as the international broadcast fixture.

However, when games are selected for broadcast overseas, the live stream will still be availble in some countries that are not within the EFL's blackout areas for these games.

Overseas supporters are advised to check whether the game will be broadcast in their area as the match may be available on channels in your country.

Subscribers to iFollow can use the 'blackout tool' below, which will allow you to select your country and see which games will be unavailable on iFollow.

This weekend's game against Wolverhampton Wanderers will not be available to watch on iFollow for all overseas subscribers as it has been selected for international broadcast. Please use the above tool to check whether it is available in your country.

Subscribers both in the UK and overseas will still be able to listen to live commentary of the game wherever they are in the world.

As well as this weekend's clash with Wolves, the Aston Villa clash on Wednesday 1st November and the Bolton Wanderers match on Friday 17th November are also unavailable with the games live on Sky Sports.

The Norwich fixture on Saturday 25th Novemeber will also be unavailable as this has been selected for overseas broadcast.

As with the Wolves fixture, overseas supporters are advised to check using the tool above to see whether the game is available in their country.

With regards to commentary on the live streams, following our previous update, we are still awaiting a resolution from providers Neulion for us to be able to provide live commentary for every game.

In the mean time, the following games up until the end of November will have commentary available over the live stream if it is available in your country.

Wolverhampton Wanderers, Saturday 21st October 2017
Aston Villa, Wednesday 1st November 2017
Bristol City, Tuesday 21st November 2017

The video broadcasts will begin every game as the teams exit the tunnel at around 2.55pm or 7.40pm for night games.

Our audio broadcasts for those in the UK and Ireland and those outside who chose the audio option, will continue to be able to listen to every single game.

The commentary team, with our commentator joined by a former player for every single game will be on air from 15 minutes prior to kick-off.

The quality of your experience watching or listening to any broadcast, audio or video, will always be reliant on your own internet reliability. Those on a strong, stable connection will get a better service than those using a mobile or weak wireless signal.
