Manager Alex Neil has no new injury concerns ahead of the trip to face Hull City on Humberside on Tuesday night.
The North End boss revealed at his media conference for the game that midfielder Ben Pearson was still a doubt from the injury that has ruled him out since the away game at Middlesbrough a month ago, but that he was nearing a return to action.
Goalkeeper Declan Rudd and defenders Tom Clarke and Greg Cunningham remain on the casualty list as they continue to work hard after their respective injuries.
As with the recent run of Saturday-Tuesday games, the manager could choose to rotate his squad again to keep things fresh, so he will have plenty of decisions to make ahead of the 7.45pm kick-off.
John Welsh has completed two 90 minutes in his last three games and the former Hull City man will again be available to face the Tigers.
