The Community department at Preston North End have a number of temporary roles for its National Citizen Service Autumn Programme at the end of this month.

The role will require the chosen candidates to work four days away on a residential trip from Monday 18th September until Thursday 21st September at Dearne Valley Residential Park, Doncaster.

The ideal candidate must be over 18, have a valid indate DBS check, experience in youth work and have the confidence and ability to speak in front of young people.

Here, you will lead, inspire and take responsibility for the pastoral care of a group of participants, ensuring their safety and assisting with their personal development throughout the trip.

The employee will be paid £200 for the full four days of the programme, (£50 a day).

The National Citizen Service Programme is a Government backed personal and social development programme for 15 to 17-year-olds which encourages fun, discovery and adventure and delivered by Preston North End throughout the year.

The candidate must be over 18, have a valid indate DBS check and have the confidence and ability to speak in front of young people. Experience in youth work is desirable but not essential. 

The succesful candidate will also be required to complete a compulsory online training module before the start date in their own time.
