Ian Holloway’s team swept aside Sheffield Wednesday in convincing style, a victory in tribute to former Rs and England man Ray Wilkins, who sadly pass away last week and after that emotional night they will be looking for a repeat performance against North End.

For Alex Neil’s men, they came from behind to put three second half goals without reply past Yorkshire rivals Leeds United at Deepdale and will be looking to continue the pressure on the Play-Off chasing pack by picking up another result against QPR.

The two sides battled hard in PR1 in December, with a late Jordan Hugill goal proving the difference in a very tight affair and despite the plethora of goals seen in the two sides’ games in midweek, it could be another close encounter at the weekend.
