Defender Marnick Vermijl has joined Dutch side MVV Maastricht on a season long loan deal.
Maastricht play in Holland's second division, with former North End player Erik Meijer amongst the coaching staff.
Vermijl last featured for North End back in November last year, and spent the second half of the 2017/18 campaign on loan at Scunthorpe United.
The right back could make his first appearance for MVV Maastricht when they travel to Almere on 7th September.
