Alan Browne, Callum Robinson and Graham Burke have been named in Martin O'Neill's latest Republic of Ireland squad.
The North End trio have been called up for Ireland's UEFA Nations League opener against Wales on 6th September and the international friendly with Poland on 11th September.
Callum Robinson has now received his international clearance after declaring for Ireland earlier this year, and could receive his first cap after featuring in the Scott Brown testimonial match back in May.
Speaking to the media following the squad announcement, Martin O'Neill discussed Robinson, saying: "His paperwork has gone through to represent us competitively. I saw him recently against Norwich. He is a nice footballer. I will be encouraging him to take players on. This is what I want Robinson to do."
The three players will join up with the Ireland squad on Sunday 2nd September following PNE's clash with Bolton at Deepdale on Saturday. They will then travel to Cardiff on Tuesday 4th September for the match against Wales before travelling to Poland for their game on Tuesday 11th September.
