The talk over the summer is whether the matchday programme is a thing of the past… well not at Deepdale its not, and we have more packed in than ever before.
Still 100 pages in size and yet still only £3, The One And Only will be back on sale on matchday with plenty of features, interviews and pictures, with exclusive content you won’t get on other media channels.
This weekend’s first edition of the season sees Callum Robinson feature on the cover and he is the main interviewee, with a poster of the new ‘CR7’ in the middle pages.
The perfect bound tome also includes interviews and features with a whole host of current former players, including Paul Huntington, Josh Harrop, Gareth Ainsworth, Patrick Agyemang and Graham Burke.
We also have the manager’s first column of the season and begin a seasonal captain’s column with club skipper Tom Clarke.
We have plenty of features and stats concerning our opponents, plus we now have six pages of content featuring our Academy prospects. There is also a page of quizzes and fun for our younger readers, plus some interesting historical content from club historian Ian Rigby, Mike Payne and cartoonist Bob Bond.
All this is squeezed into the edition, which sees the return of the squads and officials to the back page.
The matchday programme will be on sale from Friday afternoon from the club’s Sir Tom Finney ticket office, as well as inside and outside the stadium on matchday, so make sure you don’t miss out on yours!
