Win The Man Of The Match's Shirt With The Matchday Draw

16 February 2018

Preston North End are giving lucky supporters the chance to win a man of the match shirt as part of the Matchday Draw!

From this Saturday’s fixture against Wolves, and for every remaining home game this season, PNE fans could be in with a chance of winning one of three prizes, with two cash prizes and the man of the match’s shirt up for grabs.

All supporters have to do to be in with a chance of winning one of these prizes is purchase a ticket to enter the Matchday Draw when they cheer on the Lilywhites at Deepdale.

Tickets for the Matchday Draw start from £1 and are available around the ground and on the concourses. Tickets are also available at half-time, giving you more opportunity to buy your ticket for the draw.

Matchday Draw tickets are available to any person that is aged 16 or over and proof of age for those buying tickets may be required.

Half of all the money raised by the Matchday Draw goes towards supporting the PNE Academy, ensuring that North End’s future first-teamers have the best possible chance of developing themselves at the club.

The remaining money is then split to create two cash prizes, so the more fans buy tickets the greater those prizes will be.

Speaking of the benefit to the Academy, youth team graduate Ben Davies said:

"It's great that the matchday draw helps to support the Academy, it's a vital part of the football club and I know first-hand how important it is to have the best opportunity of progressing to the first team."

Ian Taylor was one of our winners this season, winning £400 at the Sheffield United fixture, on the win, Ian said: "It was brilliant to win such a fantastic amount of money while also helping to support the Academy.

"To know that I have a chance of winning every matchday while helping develop the stars of the future is great."

The three winning ticket numbers will be displayed on the big screen at Deepdale during the second half, shared on the club’s official social media channels, and published on the official website on the lottery section under the news tab.
