PNE Podcast: Season Two Episode 2

19 July 2018

With Preston North End out in Ireland this week, the latest podcast comes directly from the training camp in Cork.

The podcast is available on a weekly basis through the course of the season on both iTunes here and Soundcloud here for iOS and Android users.

This week, defender Paul Huntington and summer signing Ryan Ledson join host Guy Clarke.

They talk through a number of issues from how the training camp has gone plus more.

Your questions are also put to the pair through #AskHuntington and #AskLedson via the club's social media channels.

Being back in his home country, Daryl Horgan takes the opportunity to teach Callum Robinson some Irish dialect which could come in handy when away with the Republic of Ireland after declaring for the nation earlier this year.

Plus we review the recent pre-season outing against Cobh Ramblers with North End putting five past the Irish outfit at Cork City’s Turner’s Cross ground.

Away from the training camp on the Emerald Isle, there is plenty more on offer.

Former WWE superstar and actor Stu Bennett promotes his upcoming WOS Wrestling TV programme, as well as talking about his hopes for North End for the upcoming campaign.

Plus all of that, former Lilywhites manager Alan Irvine, who guided the club to the Championship play-offs back in 2008/09, checks in with us to talk about his time at Deepdale.
