With all of PNE's pre-season friendlies now confirmed, we look ahead to a key period in the preparations for the new Championship season.
The Lilywhites kick-off their pre-season schedule away to Bamber Bridge on Saturday 7th July, with a 3pm kick-off.
The Sir Tom Finney Stadium is a regular venue in pre-season for North End and Alex Neil will take his side to the Evo-Stik NPL Premier Division side in the first of six friendlies in July.
The following weekend PNE travel to Mill Farm to take on AFC Fylde for the first time, with a 3pm kick-off on Saturday 14th July.
Following the Fylde friendly, the first team squad head to the Republic of Ireland for a training camp and will face Cobh Ramblers in a friendly during their time in Ireland.
North End will come up against Ramblers on Tuesday 14th July, with a 7pm kick-off at St Colman's Park. The fixture in Cork is sure to draw attention from the locals with a number of Ireland internationals and former League of Ireland players in Alex Neil's squad.
On their return to Preston, it's a visit from the first of two Premier League sides as PNE host West Ham United at Deepdale on Saturday 21st July, 3pm kick-off. Former PNE striker Jordan Hugill could also make a return to PR1 after joining the Hammers back in January.
Just two days later it's another Premier League outfit at Deepdale with local rivals Burnley the visitors. PNE face the Clarets in a 7.45pm kick-off as both sides step up their preparations for the new season.
It's another away game to end the pre-season campaign, with a trip to Boundary Park, with Oldham Athletic the hosts.
PNE come up against the Latics in their final friendly of the summer on Saturday 28th July, 3pm kick-off.
A week later North End will begin the 2018/19 Championship season back at Deepdale with Queens Park Rangers visiting Deepdale on Saturday 4th August.
