Midfielder Alan Browne has been shortlisted for the PFA Bristol Street Motors Championship Player of the Month award for February.
The Irishman has been a key player for the Lilywhites this season but the 22-year-old was particularly impressive last month, picking up four consecutive man of the match awards for his performances.
No player in the Championship made more tackles than Browne last month with 18, and the midfielder was ranked second for most interceptions.
Browne is up against Lucas Joao of Sheffield Wednesday, Ivan Cavaleiro of Wolverhampton Wanderers, Cardiff City's Sean Morrison, Middlesbrough's Adama Traore and James Maddison of Norwich City.
