Nominations are now open for November's 'Meet Your Hero' competition, with young PNE fans given the chance to meet their favourite North End player!
As part of the ongoing Generation Deepdale campaign, the club are running the 'Meet Your Hero' competition, giving nine lucky young fans the opportunity to meet their PNE hero.
The competition is open to children aged five to 14-years-old, with one winner chosen every month of the season up to and including April.
The winning child will get to meet their hero one on one, and will receive a 2018/19 North End kit with their hero's name and number printed on the back of the shirt.
In August, seven-year-old PNE fan Charlie met his favourite North End player Callum Robinson as the pair went to Flower Bowl to play crazy golf before chatting over a milkshake. Watch the video from their afternoon below.
Our winners for September and October have already been selected, with Tom Barkhuizen and Declan Rudd meeting winners in recent weeks. We will have video and reaction from both of those on PNE.Com, iFollow PNE and YouTube over the international break.
Entry is now open for the month of November, and to enter, simply send the following details in an email to media@pne.com with the subject 'Meet Your Hero'.
- Name of child
- Age of child
- Name of parent/guardian
- Name of PNE hero and why they are their hero
Children are also invited to send in drawings of their favourite player as part of the entry.
Please be aware that entry is limited to one per child and all entries will be carried over to the following month if you are not selected as the winner.
The deadline for November entries is 5pm on Friday 9th November 2018.
