North End midfielder Alan Browne has been nominated for the Sky Bet Goal of the Month award for September.
The Irishman scored with a superb strike against Bolton Wanderers at Deepdale after Paul Gallagher chested it down to Browne, who brought it down on his chest with his back to goal, spun and volleyed into the top right-hand corner of the goal.
Browne made a habit of scoring spectacular goals last season, picking up the goal of the season award in the process, and the midfielder looks to have continued in similar fashion this term.
