This weekend’s copy of the matchday programme is another packed 100-page edition of The One And Only not to be missed.
Our main interviewee may be a Reading-native, but it is now an adopted North Ender, with right back Darnell Fisher talking us through his formative years in Berkshire and his ambitions for the current campaign.
Speaking to the programme the No.2 said: “I have lived up north since I was 16 so I am a northerner. I don’t mind where I live, my family come and see me or I commute to Reading.
“I am from Reading, but I have not lived in Reading since I was 16. My family are actually Arsenal fans although I went to a few Reading games when I was younger.
“We beat Reading at home last season so hopefully we can repeat the positive result [on Saturday].”
We also chat to both Andrew Hughes and Daniel Johnson where we discover the former’s route to PR1 and speak to the latter about how settled he and his family area after his recent contract extension.
There are also features with Josh Harrop, skipper Tom Clarke, former players Jermaine Beckford and Paul Lodge and former Royal Mick Gooding, part of the 13 pages of content on our visitors from the south east.
All our usual features and statistics are also crammed in and all this is included for just £3!
The One And Only will be on sale from Friday afternoon from the club’s Sir Tom Finney Stand ticket office, as well as inside and outside the ground on matchday itself, so make sure you pick up your copy.
