Ticket Information: Wigan Athletic

20 April 2019

It will be the 45th game between Wigan Athletic and the Lilywhites since they came into the late 1970s, with PNE looking to extend their record of 18 wins to the hosts 12.

The two sides met back in October, with a thumping 4-0 win for PNE, with Callum Robinson grabbing a brace and Tom Barkhuizen and Paul Gallagher also on the scoresheet, in a game where the visitors were reduced to ten men after 56 minutes, following a red card for Darron Gibson for a foul on Ben Pearson.

However, the Latics will be full of confidence going into this one, having once again played with ten men at the weekend, but despite that overcoming promotion-chasing Leeds United at Elland Road, thanks to a Gavin Massey brace either side of half-time, so this should be a entertaining affair.
