Preston North End have been drawn at home to Premier League champions Manchester City in the third round of the Carabao Cup.
Pep Guardiola's side also won the competition last season, one four trophies won by the Champions.
North End last faced City at Deepdale in the FA Cup back in 2007, when PNE striker David Nugent was on the scoresheet for the Lilywhites.
The Lilywhites secured their place in the third round of the competition with a penalty shootout victory against fellow Championship side Hull City on Tuesday, after beating Bradford City 4-0 in the first round.
Ties are set to be played the week commencing September 23rd September and ticket details will be announced on Friday.
