On-loan Manchester City striker Lukas Nmecha has been called up to the Germany U21 squad for their upcoming games against France and England.
Lukas, who was born in Hamburg, has previously represented England at youth level but has now declared for Germany and will join the youth set up for the first time.
Germany U21s face France in Essen on Thursday 21st March before taking on England in Bournemouth on Tuesday 26th March.
The games are the final chance for coach Stefan Kuntz to assess his squad ahead of the European Championships in the summer and Lukas will be hoping to make an impact on his first time away with the squad.
