The final international break of the season is preceded by the Lilywhites hosting Garry Monk’s Birmingham City at Deepdale this weekend.
Both sides are sat in a good position, on the cusp of the Play-Off spots, and will be looking to go into the gap with a positive result to set them up for the final eight games of the season.
Despite a couple of tough results in the last week, the Blues have had an excellent campaign to date, spear-headed by the talismanic front duo of Lukas Jutkiewicz and Che Adams, who will pose a big test to North End’s youthful backline.
But after making it six straight away wins up at the Riverside Stadium on Wednesday night, Alex Neil’s side will be brimming with confidence as they return to PR1 in front of a big crowd.
