Preston North End return to action after a two-week break ready to start a crunch period of fixtures with a trip to face Jose Gomes’ Reading at the Madejski Stadium on Saturday.
The Lilywhites’ fantastic form since the turn of the year has taken them level on points with the Play-Off places, unbeaten in their last 12 games, with eight wins from the last 11, including six straight away wins.
However, they are well aware that the Royals will pose a tough test, with Gomes have done a good job with the weekend’s opposition, playing some excellent football and therefore a good game can be expected in front of what will be close to a sell out away following in Berkshire.
And with players returning from injury, the weather set fair and with eight games to try and get into the end of season mix-up, what better time to get on the road and back your team.
