Preston North End’s 2018/19 season comes to an end with a trip to Griffin Park to face Thomas Frank’s Brentford on Sunday lunchtime.
The Lilywhites and the Bees played out a seven-goal thriller at Deepdale back in October, with North End coming out on top 4-3 and this should be another open, attacking game.
Bizarrely, this is not Brentford’s last game of the season; with their fixture at Bolton Wanderers still needing to be rearranged, but nonetheless it will still have an end of season feel to it, with their final home game.
Manager Alex Neil has used the last few games to look at the likes of Connor Ripley, Joe Rafferty and Josh Ginnelly and once again he will want to see if his squad can put in a positive performance to end the season on a high.
