Alan Browne Nominated For NWFA Goal Of The Season

11 November 2019

PNE midfielder Alan Browne has been shortlisted for the Goal of the Season award at the North West Football Awards.

Browne's strike against Bolton Wanderers at Deepdale last season is up for the accolade and it was that goal that won the Irishman the club's Goal of the Season award back in May.

The 24-year-old is one of seven players on the shortlist, and voting is now open.

Alan Browne is the second North End player to be named as a finalist at this year's award ceremony, with teammate Ben Davies up for the Championship Player of the Year award. Voting for that award has already closed at the winner will be announced on the night of the awards.

To vote, head to Twitter and simply tweet using #LadbrokesGoalG to vote for Alan Browne.

Voting closes on the evening of the awards, which takes place on Monday 11th November in Manchester.
